I live in Seattle, Washington, where I first stumbled into a yoga class back in 2012. Yoga quickly became a cornerstone of my life, and in 2016, I took a leap and traveled to India to complete a two-month yoga teacher training. That experience was transformative and sparked my passion for teaching.
Since then, I’ve expanded my training, completing a second 200-hour certification in Ashtanga yoga and a 300-hour teacher training in Hatha yoga. My intention as a teacher has remained clear: to guide students toward feeling both calmer and stronger after every class.
In my classes, I focus on flowing sequences that blend strengthening and lengthening movements. I believe yoga is a practice of balance—between effort and ease, strength and flexibility, inhale and exhale. My hope is that you leave each session feeling physically challenged, mentally refreshed, and more at peace.
Outside of teaching yoga and leading retreats, I love to travel, hike, and host dinner parties!
I’d love to have you in class or on a retreat with me soon!
With love,
Abigail
